business plans for authors?
We recently hired an accountant to help us get our financial household in order. As we were walking out the door he said to me, “I want you to start thinking about a 5 year business plan for your writing career.” And I said, “uh, okay.”
Ack! Have any of you done a business plan for your writing business? Any tips? Examples? Pointers?
