I can offer 3
presentations per day and suggest that you have no more than 2 combined
classes at one time. (Even less if we are doing writing workshops).
Presentations run 1 hour, including time for Q&A. I am also willing
to visit the pre-K class for a short 1/2 an hour reading.
School Visit (local)
$650 per school day in my local area. (plus expenses such as mileage
beyond 40 miles)

distance - a need to fly)

(plus expenses) out of state
Short Program - 1
hour
$200 per single one hour program (library, evening program,
motivational talk)
(plus expenses beyond my local area) or elsewhere in conjunction with
other appearances.
Virtual Visit - 1

$50 per one hour virtual visit

Conferences, Teacher
in-service & specialty workshops
Fees for conferences, teacher in-services, and specialty workshops
vary. Please send me more information about your specific needs and I

One-on-One Writing
instruction - per hour
This can be done via email, Instant Messenger, and phone. $50/hour
Virtual
Writer-in-Residence Programs:
These can be for
short periods of 1 month, to a full quarter or semester, or even the
entire school year. The fee will vary based on the number of students
involved and the length of time of the virtual residency.

Family
Writing Workshops
I run a virtual family writing workshop that
takes four weeks. I can adapt that to work, in person, for a group of
families. The fee would depend on whether it was a single or multiple
visits and how many families. This can be a fun event for a
parent-teacher group or any time you want to get the parents involved
in student classwork. Please contact me with your specific needs and I
am happy to provide you with a quote.
